Long Beach man arrested after throwing nails, tacks onto roads

The investigation started on November 23rd, and there have been 17 incidents of motorists roofing nails in the road. Surveillance was set up, and on December 19th, observed a vehicle throwing nails onto the road. They made a traffic stop and found more roofing nails inside the vehicle. The driver, Barcelona, was arrested and charged with leaving a dangerous substance on the road.
