Outdoor Adventures with Chelsea: How to make the perfect ribs at home
SUMMARY: Memorial Day marks the unofficial start of summer, prompting many to fire up their grills. Barbecue expert Ronnie Bishop, owner of Bishop's Barbecue, shared tips for perfect ribs. Key steps include removing the membrane from the ribs using a paper towel, seasoning with available spices, and cooking with indirect heat by placing ribs away from the charcoal. To keep ribs juicy, Bishop recommends spraying them with apple juice periodically. The cooking process takes about 2.5 hours, with barbecue sauce added in the last 15 minutes.
