Tupelo Superintendent gives musical welcome for first day back to school
SUMMARY: The superintendent of Tupelo's school district in Mississippi, Dr. Rob Picou, boarded a bus on the first day of school playing the harmonica to set a positive tone for the new year. Picou taught himself how to play the instrument during his time at LSU and believed it would be a fun way to start the school year.
