Ex-Pearl officer sentenced for bullying arrestee into licking urine off floor

Green, who pled guilty to a civil rights violation, was also fined $1,500 and given one year of supervised probation after release. The incident occurred on December 23, 2023, when Green arrested a Latino man and later forced him to perform the degrading act. Green captured the incident on video. He was relieved of his duties on December 27, 2023, after an internal investigation.
