Cold-Link Logistics creating 84 jobs and investing $64 million in Jones County
Jackson, Miss. (May 22, 2023) – Cold-Link Logistics is locating warehousing and logistics operations in Jones County. The project represents a $64 million corporate investment that will create 84 new jobs.
Cold-Link Logistics, a rapidly growing privately held company based in the southeast U.S. that specializes in cold storage warehousing, is partnering with Mississippi-based Whitestone Transportation of Moselle to provide integrated warehousing and transportation services to local and regional food processors and distributors. The company is set to build a 200,000-square-foot cold storage warehouse and transportation hub on a 65-acre site near Ellisville with site work to begin this year.

Jackson, Miss. (May 1, 2024) – Hydraulic gear pump and motor manufacturer Geartek is expanding its operations in Corinth. The project is a $3.8 million investment that will create two new jobs.
A division of Hydraulic Analysis, Inc., Geartek's products are used in a variety of industries, including forestry, energy, site clearing and mining. The company has long-established local ties to Corinth and is expanding its existing manufacturing facility by approximately 8,500 square feet to accommodate new manufacturing equipment for added production capacity.
