USM GCRL Research Lab Celebrates 75th Anniversary

SUMMARY: The Gulf Coast Research Lab in Ocean Springs is celebrating its 75th anniversary and is expected to open in summer 2024. The lab, located on East Beach, is inviting folks to be a part of the work that happens on the campus. The facility, run by the University of Southern Miss, will have activities for children, including face painting, fish printing, and hands-on demonstrations. The community day event is happening this Saturday from 10 am until 2 pm and is free for everyone to attend.
