Tupelo Salvation Army announces changes to campus access
SUMMARY: Starting next week, the Tupelo Salvation Army will limit access to the Carnation Street campus during the day, with a focus on providing more programs such as case management and a computer lab. Special passes will be available for services, and the goal is to help people move out of homelessness by providing tangible resources for independent living. Closing the campus during the day allows residents to participate in workshops and other opportunities. The organization is looking forward to allocating resources appropriately to benefit the community. These changes aim to support individuals transitioning from homelessness to independent living.
