Investigation finds MDEQ did not racially discriminate against Jackson in funding water systems

Hawley, an internal medicine specialist at Magnolia Regional Community Care Clinic, has been charged with manslaughter culpable negligence. It's currently unknown if he has been dismissed from his position, and Magnolia Regional Community Care Clinic has not provided comments on the matter.
