Rotary Club of Macon helps raise money for Children’s Hospital of Miss.

SUMMARY: The Rotary Club of Macon in Noxubee County raised over $19,000 through a golf tournament for the 's Hospital of Mississippi. The money will be used to expand the cancer and blood disorders clinic at the hospital. Representatives from the hospital were impressed by the generous donation. The Rotary Club believes that a small group can make a big impact and their donation is a testament to that. This year's donation exceeded last year's by $6,000. The club's members have a strong desire to give back to their communities.
