Road improvements are headed to Louisville
SUMMARY: The mayor of Louisville, Mississippi, Will Hill, reported that the roads in the city have been negatively impacted by the winter weather, with potholes being a major concern. Kevin Stafford from Neel Schaffer Engineering explained that the snow and ice create damage by melting and freezing, causing the road to break up when cars drive over it. However, the city is working to address this issue with recovery efforts and plans to pave the streets. Hill attributed this progress to financing and the upcoming project, although it could take six to ten months. Overall, the mayor emphasized that patience is required for this extensive project.
