Tears Of Sadness And Joy Flow At RCS Ceremony Honoring Lee Tingle
SUMMARY: In an emotional ceremony at Lee Tingle Field in Pascagoula, Lee Tingle's No. 17 was honored by Resurrection Catholic School before a playoff game. Tingle, who was set to coach at RCS but died from Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease at 52 on December 2, 2022, was remembered for his dedication to baseball and his community. The event was bittersweet, occurring just hours after the death of Gene Frederick, the father of the current RCS coach. The school and community celebrated Tingle's contributions as a physical therapist, coach, and mentor. MGCCC Football will host 3 summer camps

No. 12 Bulldogs get 3 more victories
SUMMARY: The No. 12 Mississippi Gulf Coast added three wins on the third day of the NJCAA Division I Women's Tennis Championship, with victories in both singles and doubles consolation brackets, each with 8-0 scores, at the event hosted by Tyler Junior College.
