Oxford shooting suspect arrested; Police allegedly find drugs in his home

DA requests change in indictment for Oktibbeha Co. murder case

SUMMARY: Christopher Perkins was charged with murder and four counts of aggravated assault after a nine-year-old child was shot in a vehicle in Mississippi. Barron Hubbard, Tabyron Fisher, and Dellveon Lindsey were also and charged with six counts of aggravated assault and one count of murder. The District Attorney requested that all cases be considered at the same time for judicial efficiency and fairness. The judge and defense lawyers will decide whether to sever the charges or defendants. The DA's office believes all cases together would be the best approach. Two wanted for Jackson double homicide
