Neshoba Central opens new Performing Arts Center
SUMMARY: The staff at News 11 gathered to celebrate the opening of a new performing arts center at Neshoba Central High School. The new building, which stands at over 11,000 square feet, is dedicated to the choir and band students. The project started back in the summer of 2022 and is finally open to students. The center will host concerts and other after-school activities. The staff spoke with Dr. Angela Boatner, who expressed her excitement about the new building and the dedicated space it provides for students to pursue their art. Overall, everyone is looking forward to enjoying the new facility.
