SUMMARY: A man in Columbus, Mississippi was hospitalized after being shot in the hip following a verbal argument that led to gunfire. The victim was airlifted to North Mississippi Medical Center in critical but stable condition. The shooting suspect, Michael David Dement, was later found and taken into custody, charged with Aggravated Assault.
