Official resigns after guilty plea to drug conspiracy in Mississippi and North Carolina vape shops
SUMMARY: Biloxi City Council member Robert Leon Deming, III resigns after pleading guilty to a federal conspiracy charge for running a business that sold illegal drugs in Mississippi and North Carolina. The business, the Candy Shop, sold over $2 million worth of CBD and vape products containing controlled substances.
