Focused on Mississippi: Christmas in Cologne
SUMMARY: A two-week trip through the Netherlands, Germany, France, and Switzerland included visits to churches, castles, and cathedrals, with knowledgeable city guides offering insights on Roman walls and biblical relics. The cathedral houses the remains of the three wise men, moved from Milan in the 1100s. The story ties in with the Christmas tradition of venerating relics and seeking the star the wise men sought.
