Doctors say get the new COVID-19 shot

Macon murder suspect arrested again in Starkville
SUMMARY: Maxi Chandler, a murder suspect in Starkville, faced new charges related to a domestic disturbance. The charges included possession of a weapon by a felon, trafficking a controlled substance, and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Chandler was already out on bond for the 2023 murder of Michael Taylor. Despite this, he was given an $80,000 bond for the new charges in Starkville. Columbus citizens voting Tuesday on school bond issue
SUMMARY: Columbus residents are voting on a $36 million bond issue for the Columbus Municipal School district, which would go towards repairs and safety upgrades in school buildings.
