Bay St. Louis tables discussion to cut midnight sales of alcohol
SUMMARY: Several businesses in Ocean Springs were concerned about the possibility of a curfew on alcohol sales after reported incidents of bullying in the area. However, it was clarified that the council never planned to vote on the matter, but it was just a discussion among police chiefs and council members. The public was informed about this and the council was exploring other solutions to address the issue. The community continues to face problems with bullying, and there is a need to consider alternative approaches to tackle the problem.
Not one seat was empty in the public forum in Bay St. Louis on Tuesday night as dozens lined the walls and waited to voice their concerns.

Saints Report 10/2/23
SUMMARY: The New Orleans Saints suffered a 26-9 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, with their kicking game being the only bright spot. The Saints' offense struggled, gaining less than 200 yards in total. They have been outscored 44-9 in their last five quarters of play. The defense took responsibility for the loss, acknowledging that if they don't let the opponent score, they can't win. The loss was a disappointment for the team, as they haven't had an offense as strong as they did two years ago. The Saints will face the New England Patriots in their next game.
