“Goon Squad” officers given a hefty sentence in court
SUMMARY: Further details were revealed in the Federal courthouse in downtown Jackson, where four out of the six individuals involved in a torture crime were sentenced. Former Rankin County deputy, Christian Dedmon, received the harshest sentence of 40 years in prison for his role as the ringleader in the brutal acts.
