Alabama man found guilty of child sex crimes in Lowndes County

SUMMARY: Alabama man Frank D. Harrison has been sentenced to 30 years in a Mississippi prison for sexually abusing children. He was found guilty of two counts of sexual battery in Lowndes County Circuit Court, originally being charged with three counts of sexual battery and two counts of child molestation in 2018. Missing Child Alert issued for Clarke County teen

SUMMARY: A Missing/Endangered Child Alert has been issued for 16-year-old Amiya Nikole Fleming from Enterprise, Clarke County, Mississippi. She was last seen on Thursday, May 30 around 11:45 p.m. in the Clarke County Road area. Amiya suffers from a medical condition that may impair her judgment. The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation (MBI) and her family are seeking public assistance in locating her. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Clarke County Sheriff's Department at 601-776-3956 or call 911. A photo of Amiya has been shared as part of the alert.
