Mississippi mom charged after son found in Walmart only wearing diaper in freezing weather

SUMMARY: A woman in Byram, Mississippi was after a showed her bringing her two-year-old son into a wearing only a diaper in 20-degree weather. Kambria Darby, 26, was arrested for child neglect, and her child was released to an approved relative by Child Protective Services. The responded to the Walmart and found the child shaking from the cold, but he was clothed by other shoppers inside the store. Darby was booked into the Detention Center on bond. The incident sparked a narcotics investigation leading to the arrest of two other individuals.
