Richland police arrest two after narcotics investigation
SUMMARY: A recent narcotics investigation by Richland police in Mississippi led to the arrest of two suspects, Oscar John Miller and Tonya Renee Goode. The investigation included multiple controlled purchases of different narcotics over the past few months. Miller was charged with two counts of the sale of methamphetamine near a school, park, and daycare, and was found in possession of more methamphetamine when he was arrested. Goode was arrested for selling a substantial amount of Oxycodone. Miller is being held on a $300,000 bond at the Rankin County Jail.
