Mom to Mom – DIY Bee Bath
SUMMARY: On today's Mom to Mom, we're making a bee bath for your garden—a fun and educational activity for kids. Bees, common this time of year, need water and can drown if it's too deep. To create a bee bath, you'll need terracotta pots, saucers, paint (like puff or acrylic), Thompson Water Seal to waterproof the pots, glue (like Gorilla Glue), and marbles. Decorate the pots, glue saucers on top, fill with marbles, and seal with Modge Podge. This project teaches kids about bees and provides a useful garden feature. Share ideas with us, and see you next time!

5/20 – The Chief's “Sunny & Hot” Monday Morning Forecast
SUMMARY: Good morning! Sponsored by The People's Bank, we start with dense fog in the area, making visibility poor, especially around Gulfport and other regions with less than one mile visibility. This fog will dissipate to reveal clear skies and temperatures reaching 87°F with light northeast winds. Tonight's temperature is expected to drop to 71°F with a waxing moon and more fog by morning. The week will remain mostly dry due to high pressure, blocking major weather systems. Expect a UV index of 10, necessitating sunscreen. Temperatures will be in the mid-80s, potentially reaching low 90s by Thursday and Friday, rain-free until the weekend.

5/19 – Trey Tonnessen's “Calmer Pattern” Sunday Night Forecast
SUMMARY: Good Sunday evening on the Gulf Coast and Southern Mississippi! Hope you had a fabulous weekend. Although it's still humid, humidity is slightly lower than last week. Temperature values are above average, particularly daytime highs, and will remain warm into tomorrow. Pascagoula and surrounding areas are in the mid to upper 70s tonight, cooling slightly to low to mid-70s by morning. Winds will be calm, possibly causing light fog. A northwesterly flow in mid-atmosphere brings drier air, reducing rain chances for most of the week. Expect mid to upper 80s with fluctuating humidity, minimal rain chances, and low cloud coverage. Stay comfortable!
