Foodie Finds: D & T Grill’s take on Philly cheesesteak and fries
SUMMARY: To prepare a delicious Philly cheesesteak, preheat your grill to high heat. Cook thinly sliced steak on the grill until it's browned, ensuring it's properly seasoned. Add sliced onions and peppers to the grill and cook them until they're tender. Place the cooked steak onto hoagie rolls, and top with the grilled onions and peppers. Finish by adding slices of Provolone or American cheese over the steak and vegetables. Allow the cheese to melt, either on the grill or in an oven. Serve the sandwich warm, with your choice of sides and condiments, to enjoy a classic Philly cheesesteak meal.

Stronger Together Foundation Tribal Movie
SUMMARY: The Stronger Together Foundation hosted a private screening and Q&A for the film “Tribal” at the MCC McCain Theater. The event began at 4:30, drawing community members to witness the stories of three US combat veterans sharing their experiences for the first time. The film aims to educate viewers about the realities of combat. The producer revealed his motivation: losing many of his brothers-in-arms to suicide rather than combat. He hopes “Tribal” serves as a force multiplier to reach and help others. For more information or to donate, visit stronger togetherfoundation.org or wt.com.
