Mississippi SNAP, TANF accounts will transfer to new portal
SUMMARY: The Mississippi Department of Human Services (MDHS) announced that starting November 30, 2023, the myMDHS mobile app and user accounts will be moved to a new Common Web Portal at access.ms.gov. SNAP and TANF clients must create new accounts on AccessMS to manage their benefits and application submissions. The platform also allows for uploading supporting documents. Additionally, clients can upload documents directly through the MDHS's website by selecting the “Document Upload” option. The change aims to provide an improved platform for clients managing their assistance programs.
