Hattiesburg teen crafts duct tape dress for chance to win scholarship

She created a prom dress out of duct tape, which took 14 rolls and over 65 hours to make. The dress was inspired by music, with various instruments incorporated into the design. Sparkman's mother hopes she can win the $10,000 scholarship to achieve her goal. The winner will be determined by an online vote, and can be done once a day until July 12. Starkville Police charge three people in an aggravated assault case
