Jackson resident frustrated with sounds of motorcycles
SUMMARY: A man from West Jackson expressed his frustration and emotional distress at a City Council meeting due to his noisy and disruptive neighbor, a motorcycle club. John Holt, who is wheelchair-bound, reported multiple incidents of loud noise to the police but felt no action was taken. He believes the club is trying to force him out of his home. Police Chief Joseph Wade stated they will investigate Holt's complaint about the sergeant and look into possible zoning issues in the neighborhood.
