Winners will advance to the State Fair in Starkville and potentially the National Science Fair in California. The annual event featured various scientific research projects in different categories. Dr. Julie Cwikla, the director of the Center for STEM Education, was impressed by the projects and described the students as future scientists, engineers, and innovators.
