Tri County Academy eager to get back to the winner’s circle

SUMMARY: The Blazers won their first conference title last week and public schools are competing in their playoffs, as well as the M-A-I-S programs. Tri County Academy is in the 4A state finals, aiming to win another gold ball after winning in 2021. They have one loss all season and will be playing against Bowling Green, who are in their first state final since 1997. Tri County believes Friday’s game gives them a chance to return to their championship ways. Overall, it’s an exciting weekend with a lot of high-stakes games.

The Tri County Academy Rebels return to a familiar place on Friday. They’ll be in the 4A MAIS state final for the third year in a row but their last title was in 2021. They will face Bowling Green with the gold ball at stake and the Rebels believe they will finally get it done given their level play all season long.
