Silver Alert issued for 73-year-old Biloxi man

SUMMARY: The investigation has issued a Silver Alert for missing 73-year-old Biloxi man, Homer Brown. He was last seen on February 8th driving in an unknown direction in a 2013 gray BMW in Forrest County. Brown, who suffers from a medical condition that may impair his judgment, was accompanied by a black female named Sasha Stokes. He was wearing a black hoodie, white t-shirt, blue jeans, and a black and white Saints cap. Brown's family is asking for any information on his whereabouts and is asked to call the Forrest County Sheriff's Department. He is described as 5'8″, around 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
