Restaurant week in the Hub City
SUMMARY: For the sixth year, Visit-Hattiesburg is showcasing more than forty local eateries for Restaurant Week. Trey Howard, Programs Director, took a look inside a few kitchens to see what special menu items restaurants are cooking up. Owners are having fun with the challenge and are receiving positive reviews for their special items. Owner Brittney Payton says food can bring the community together and make people happy. The importance of Restaurant Week is emphasized, as it allows customers to try new things and upgrade their palette. Visit their website for a full list of participating restaurants.
Folks in the Hub City can expect to see a few more cheesy menu items at their favorite eateries as restaurant week is underway.
