Rainbow trout stocked in pond at Lake Lamar Bruce
SUMMARY: The Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks stocked 700 rainbow trout into Lake Lamar Bruce near Saltillo, the only public water body in the state to offer fishing for rainbow trout. Anglers can harvest up to three trout per person per day with no size restrictions, using inline spinners, small grubs, and corn kernels. A valid fishing license and state lake fishing permit are required. The trout were provided by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Greers Ferry National Fish Hatchery and stocked by the Bob Tyler Fish Hatchery. Jackson Mayor addresses new downtown parking kiosk

Salvation Army in Columbus helps feed families for summer
