Noxubee County man pleads guilty, receives probation
SUMMARY: Ladarius Tompkins, a man from Noxubee County, Mississippi, escaped jail time after pleading guilty to aggravated assault charges for running over a repo man. Tompkins was arrested after the repossession firm sent the victim to recover a vehicle, and Tompkins attempted to run down the repo man with the vehicle. He was given five years probation, a $1,200 fine, and ordered to perform 20 hours of community service.
