No sign of Mississippi governor fulfilling pledge on campaign funds tied to welfare case

At least 4 people shot on campus of Morgan State University in Baltimore, authorities say
SUMMARY: Four people were injured in a shooting at Morgan State University in Baltimore. The Baltimore Police Department initially described it as an “active shooter situation” and urged students to take shelter on campus. The campus was on lockdown for hours while police conducted their investigation. According to city council member Ryan Dorsey, it is believed that there were three shooters firing into the crowd. No arrests have been made. The shooting happened during a week of activities leading up to the school's homecoming game. The university was founded in 1867 and is historically Black.

Aberdeen receives grant to renovate historical building
