SUMMARY: The day started with some sun, but clouds soon covered the sky, leading to periodic showers throughout the day. Rainfall estimates were less than an inch for most areas, with some spots receiving over an inch. A boundary to the north was expected to bring more showers overnight, but sunshine was forecasted for Tuesday as the front passed through. Temperatures were expected to be in the mid-80s with a nice day ahead. Wednesday could be borderline hot with temperatures near 90. More rain was expected Friday into the weekend, but overall, the week had no major weather issues, just on and off showers typical of spring.
