Newborn baby found behind dumpster in Mississippi
SUMMARY: A newborn baby girl was discovered behind a dumpster in Marshall County, Mississippi. Three men at a mobile home community found her in a car seat, wrapped in blankets, and took her to the hospital. Authorities are investigating, checking security cameras and the child's car seat for clues. They are asking for help in identifying the child and finding her parents. The hospital provided information about Tennessee and Mississippi's Safe Haven Laws, which allow parents to surrender newborns without fear of prosecution, as long as the child is unharmed.
