June 18-19 severe weather update #1
SUMMARY: The Mississippi Emergency Management Agency is assessing the damage from storms which hit the state on 18-19 June, leaving one person dead and nearly two dozen injured. Jasper County officials confirmed the fatality, and at the time of writing, Central Mississippi had over 49,000 homes without power.
