Jackson man faces several counts of arson

SUMMARY: Over the weekend in Presidential Hills, Keith Anderson was being held at the Raymond Detention Center on four counts of arson. Authorities say Anderson set fire to a car, which then spread to a utility trailer and a nearby house, causing substantial damage. The fire also damaged a neighboring house. Neighbors were unaware that the fire had been intentionally set. Water was still running inside the house when officials arrived. Ross Adams reports on the incident live for WAPT.
