Harrison County School District begins Summer Meals Program

Harrison County Schools participate in a summer food service program to address this. Nearly 30 million U.S. students qualify for federally assisted meals, which end with the school year. In Harrison County, three out of four students receive subsidized meals. This summer, they’ll serve around 300,000 meals at 14 sites.
