Grand jury indicts Alabama teens involved in Calhoun County chase

SUMMARY: Calhoun County Kobe Duah and Jeffrey Fillingame were indicted for felony charges fleeing and assaults on an officer after leading on a 9-hour chase last month. The pair nearly hit a road crew, ditched a stolen truck, and ran into the backwaters of the Yellowbusher . Duah escaped through a Brier patch, while Fillingame hid in cold, swampy up to his neck for almost two hours before being caught. Both teens remain in Calhoun County Jail. Sheriff Greg Pollen confirmed the indictments and highlighted the dangerous incident that occurred on February 8th.
