Former FedEX Worker Lawsuit

SUMMARY: A FedEx driver, D'Monterrio Gibson, has filed a civil suit he was chased and shot at by two white in Brookhaven. The seeks five million dollars from FedEx, Brandon and Gregory Case, and Adcamp, the company that owned the truck the Cases allegedly chased him down in. Gibson alleges that FedEx forced him to return to work the day after the chase. This is the second civil suit filed in the case, with a previous suit being dismissed in August. Brandon and Gregory Case are charged with attempted murder among other charges.
