Deputies serving a warrant make 2 “bonus” arrests – Home – WCBI TV
SUMMARY: Lowndes County deputies in Mississippi unexpectedly discovered drugs and weapons while trying to serve a warrant for Demontrell Lowe. When they arrived at the suspect's home, they found the front door open and two men smoking marijuana inside. A subsequent search of the home yielded 6 pounds of marijuana, 10 grams of meth, an AK rifle, and over $2,000 in cash. Lowe and another man, Roytavius Brunson, were arrested and charged with drug trafficking and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. Brunson also faces charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The Sheriff's Office is seeking to deny bond on the new charges.

Jackson Mayor addresses new downtown parking kiosk
