The event takes place at Jones Park in Gulfport and is known for its fish, music, and beverages. Jay Watts, one of the event's directors, ensures that the drinks are nice and cold. He bounces around, getting everybody set up and making sure the kegs are in certain areas and the beer is taken care of. The Deep Sea Fishing Rodeo is a beloved family tradition that continues to be a highlight of the Fourth of July celebration.
