City leaders in Starkville are looking to make roads safer.

Baseball games will resume on Monday as police continue to investigate the incident.

Capitol police arrest bank robbery suspect

SUMMARY: Capitol police have arrested a 46-year-old man, David Barret, in connection to a bank robbery at Trustmark bank on State Street. Barret demanded money from the teller and made off with over $700. He was apprehended and his vehicle and stolen money were recovered by the police.
