16 WAPT Investigates: JTRAN sick-out
SUMMARY: On April 27th, JTRAN's services were suspended, leading to speculation of a planned sick out by employees. Disability rights activist Scott Crawford expressed concern over the lack of communication regarding the reasons behind the suspension. While services have resumed, the incident has raised concerns about the reliability and stability of Jackson's public transit system. Riders are unsure if similar disruptions could happen again in the future.
