SUMMARY: On Wednesday night, it was announced that Carter Wilson from Clinton Christian Academy is the winner of the Blitz 16 Player of the Week award. Wilson, a senior running back, had an impressive performance with 15 carries for 205 yards and two touchdowns. He also contributed four tackles, including two for a loss, on defense. Wilson led his team to their first win of the season, a 41-6 victory over Riverfield. The Blitz 16 Game of the Week for this Friday night will be at the Brickyard at Jackson Academy, featuring undefeated teams Jackson Prep and Jackson County.

The second Blitz 16 Player of the Week for 2023 is Clinton Christian Academy senior running back Carter Wilson. Carter ran for 205 yards, scored two touchdowns and added 4 tackles with 2 for loss on defense as he led the Warriors in a 41-6 win over Riverfield. It was CCA's first win of the season.
