Biden says Gaza hospital blast ‘appears as though it was done by the other team’, not Israel

Biden told Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that it appeared the blast was carried out by Hamas militants. Biden canceled his planned visit to Jordan after the explosion and expressed his sadness and outrage.
