Amory continues to recover from tornado, nearly done with debris removal

NFL fines Atlanta Falcons following prank call to Shedeur Sanders

‘Pawsitive news’: Mary Frances the black lab elected Natchez Pet Mayor

SUMMARY: Natchez has elected its first pet mayor, a black lab named Mary Frances, following a spirited campaign. Mary Frances, known for her greeter role at Darby’s downtown shop, defeated fellow candidate Roni by 321 votes. The election also raised funds for local animal organizations. Though this was her first official campaign, Mary Frances had been the “unofficial Pet Mayor” for over a decade. Ground broken on new industrial park in Grenada County, economic impact to top $4B
