Aberdeen receives grant to renovate historical building
SUMMARY: The city of Aberdeen in Mississippi has received a grant of over $100,000 from the Mississippi Department of Archives and History to renovate one of its historical train depots. Aberdeen Mayor Charles Scott said they hope to turn the depot into an event center, alongside the new police department and gym in the area. Work has already begun on the renovation.
