Aberdeen alderman files lawsuit against Monroe County

SUMMARY: Aberdeen alderman Nicholas Holliday has filed a federal against Monroe County and the sheriff's department after being detained for five hours during a raid at a store where the owner and employees were for selling with higher than legally THC levels. Holliday, who was just a visitor at the store, claimed his Fourth Amendment rights were violated when he was questioned about his knowledge of the business. Former Mississippi school financial secretary pleads guilty to embezzlement
